As Lead Designer, I spearheaded the redesign of a Project Tracking System supporting Capital Improvement Projects (CIP), which was a large-scale effort that covered 300+ requirements. Working side-by-side with the team, we were able to provide a modernized the experience with clearer data presentation, improved usability, and alignment with updated design and accessibility standards.

Design Approach
Collaborated with business analysts who led stakeholder discussions, fit-gap analysis, and workflow definitions to identify system pain points and opportunities. Using their findings, I focused on reimagining the interface to improve usability and visual clarity. The redesign addressed major navigation challenges, simplified data-heavy layouts, and ensured consistency with the organization’s design system and accessibility standards.
